Just put the coating material on your print (decal paper) and pass it through a professional lamination machine. After removing the transfer paper, you are ready to go!
We offer different types of lamination paper, depending on your need for surface finish and material composition.
Benefits:
- Easy and fast to use
- Decal can be processed right after the lamination process
Compromises:
- More cost intensive compared to screen printing
- Lamination papers are more brittle compared to other coating methods
- Heavy duty laminator needed
Lamination paper with flux (leaded or lead-free)
For decals printed with flux free toner or fluxed toner.
Gives a shiny finish but can leave a visible mark/trace around the image (“sticker effect”).
We can also offer fluxed lamination paper for glass or for a matt finish on demand.
Lamination paper without flux (lead-free)
For decals printed with fluxed toner.
Won’t leave a visible mark/trace around the image.
